Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Tippmann Ordnance Gatling Guns are classified by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) as "Other Firearms." This means they are not subject to the restrictions that apply to machine guns under the National Firearms Act, as they require a separate, deliberate manual action (hand-cranking) to fire each round rather than firing continuously from a single trigger pull.

Any law-abiding citizen who can legally purchase a standard firearm can own a Tippmann Gatling Gun, subject to the laws of their state.

No, we cannot ship firearms directly to you.

We can however ship firearms to any local gun dealer of your choice that has an FFL. From there, your specified FFL dealer can transfer the Gatling Gun to you for a small fee.

To ship your order, we require a copy of your chosen gun dealer's FFL license. Please email it to drew@tippmannordnance.com prior to shipment.

Orders for which we have not received an FFL copy within seven days of purchase will be canceled.
