Yes. Tippmann Ordnance Gatling Guns are classified by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) as “Other Firearms.” They are not subject to the restrictions that apply to machine guns under the National Firearms Act, because each round requires a separate, deliberate manual action — hand-cranking — rather than firing continuously from a single trigger pull.

Any law-abiding citizen who can legally purchase a standard firearm can own a Tippmann Gatling Gun, subject to the laws of their state.

No, we cannot ship firearms directly to you.

We can ship to any local gun dealer of your choice that holds an FFL. From there, your dealer transfers the Gatling Gun to you for a small fee.

A copy of your chosen dealer's FFL license, emailed to drew@tippmannordnance.com. We can't ship until we have it.

Orders for which we haven't received an FFL copy within seven days of purchase will be canceled.

If you're having trouble getting a dealer to send it over, call us at (260) 305-3365 before the week is up. We'd much rather help you sort it out than cancel your order.

The average fee tends to be around $25, but it varies by dealer and it's set by them, not by us.

Yes. Our 9mm Gatling Guns are designed to accept standard Glock-pattern magazines.
