FFL Policy w/ Affidavit of Customer
FIREARM CHECKOUT TERMS & CONDITIONS
You hereby certify that you have read and agree to the Customer Affidavit and the statements
contained therein and that you are 18 or older. In the event that any of the statements in the
Customer Affidavit are determined to be untrue, you will release, hold harmless, indemnify, and
pay to defend Tippmann Armory and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any
resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution. You certify that you understand it is your full
responsibility to make sure the firearm or accessories you are purchasing is legal for you to own
in your state or jurisdiction. (Check your local and state laws

You further agree that any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and that
any proceedings will take place in Allen County. By checking the Terms & Conditions box
below you agree that you are legally allowed to own the items in your shopping cart as detailed
above.
FIREARM SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All firearms will be shipped only to an FFL dealer specified by you. We cannot ship any firearms
directly to you. The average fee tends to be around $25 but please check with your chosen FFL
dealer about transfer fees.
It is your responsibility to coordinate with your chosen dealer and have a copy of their FFL
license emailed to sales@tippmannarmory.com. We cannot ship your order until we receive a
copy of your chosen dealer's FFL license. If we do not receive a copy of your chosen dealer's
FFL license with seven days of your order, your order will be cancelled.
CUSTOMER AFFIDAVIT
I am currently eighteen (18) years old or older.
By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Tippmann Armory is not violating any state
or local law or ordinance.
Am not prohibited from receiving or possession firearms and/or ammunition pursuant to
18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n); 27 CFR 478.32, by way of example and without limitation:
o I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a
crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
o I am not a fugitive from justice
o I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance
o I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed
to any mental institution
o I am not an illegal or unlawful alien
o I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged for the Armed Forces
under dishonorable conditions.
o I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship
o I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind
o I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a
misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
